Clients will be learning cognitive distress tolerance through evidenced based Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Clients will also have opportunities to engage in healing the soul and body through Mindfulness, Guided Visualization, Yoga, Hiking, and taking care of their bodies with sound nutrition and exercise advice. We believe that healing from the inside out is the fastest and most lasting path of happiness.
