Our November Patient of the Month is James!

James is putting in the work with prehab as he prepares for his upcoming knee surgery! Pre surgical rehab helps reduce swelling, restore motion, build strength, and improve neuromuscular control before surgery.

As an avid soccer coach, James has clear goals of returning to the field, and every session is designed to set him up for a smoother surgery and a stronger comeback. His attitude and consistency are already giving him an edge!
