For those that wanted to come, but missed it today, highlights and take aways:
1. Invest in blackout curtains, a white noise machine, and a toddler clock.
2. Baby should be sleeping in their own crib after 12 weeks of age.
3. Keep a routine and put baby to bed at a regular bed time.
4. If you’re struggling with something specific or want help setting yourself and baby up for success, contact her!
5. She has many different programs and offerings to empower parents and littles to get sufficient sleep, and accepts HSA/FSA!

Next week will be Dr. Kadee’s final week in the office, and we’re choosing to honor it with full hearts and deep gratitude for the care, leadership, and love she’s shared with this community.

✨ Meet Our New Doctor — Amanda Ulloa, DC ✨

As we recently shared, our beloved business is in a season of growth and change as our new owner begins her journey of care and service with our community. We are so excited to officially introduce you to Amanda Ulloa, DC 💗

Dr. Amanda has been providing exceptional chiropractic care to individuals and families for over 10 years. She graduated from Life University in Marietta, GA in 2016, is Webster Certified, and is a proud member of the ICPA.

She has experience treating a wide range of chronic and acute conditions, including sciatica, migraines, TMJ issues, disc herniations, spinal conditions, sprains and strains, carpal tunnel, joint injuries, hypermobility, and more. At the heart of her care is a passion for helping patients feel better, move better, and truly thrive.

Dr. Amanda is especially passionate about caring for families and couples trying to conceive. She and her husband personally walked through a five-year fertility journey and were grateful to conceive naturally. Today, they are proud parents to their 17-month-old daughter, Emilia. This experience deeply shaped Dr. Amanda’s approach to care, and she is honored to support others with the knowledge, compassion, and perspective she gained along the way. She also loves caring for prenatal and infant patients, having experienced firsthand how chiropractic made a meaningful difference in her own pregnancy, labor, and delivery.

Born and raised in Texas, Dr. Amanda now lives in Round Rock with her husband, daughter, and German Shepherd. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her at mom groups, parks, or toddler classes — or enjoying cooking, hiking, and quality time with her family.

She is so excited to be part of the Cedar Park community and looks forward to caring for you and your family here at Kindred Health Company.

✨ An exciting update from Kindred Health ✨

After many months of thoughtful planning, we’re stepping into an exciting new season for Kindred Health Company. Very soon, a new doctor will be joining our clinic and becoming part of our leadership, helping guide the future of this space we love so much.

This decision comes from a place of care and intention, with one goal in mind: making sure Kindred continues to grow, stay true to its values, and serve this community for years to come.

What does this mean for you? 🤍 Continuity, familiar faces, and the same level of care you trust—along with fresh energy and thoughtful growth. Over the next few weeks, Dr. Kadee will continue seeing patients while our new doctor begins meeting patients and getting to know our Kindred community.

Donations can be dropped off in-clinic through Thursday, December 4 during regular business hours.
