For those that wanted to come, but missed it today, highlights and take aways:
1. Invest in blackout curtains, a white noise machine, and a toddler clock.
2. Baby should be sleeping in their own crib after 12 weeks of age.
3. Keep a routine and put baby to bed at a regular bed time.
4. If you’re struggling with something specific or want help setting yourself and baby up for success, contact her!
5. She has many different programs and offerings to empower parents and littles to get sufficient sleep, and accepts HSA/FSA!

This season Kindred Health is collecting non-perishable food & personal care items to support Hill Country Community Ministries (HCCM) and local families facing food insecurity.

Donations can be dropped off in-clinic through Thursday, December 4 during regular business hours.

If you’d like to make a financial contribution instead, you can donate directly to Hill Country Community Ministries (see tagged) — every item and dollar helps make a difference for local families this holiday season.
