Due to the delayed opening of the Cedar Park Recreation Center at 11am tomorrow, January 27th, to allow time for safer road conditions, there will be no Gentle Flow Class at 10:30am. 🥺. I hope to see you all at the Wednesday evening class or the Thursday morning class. Take care.

Happy Thanksgiving! The Rec center will close at 5pm on Wednesday the 26th of November and stay closed through the 28th. No class on Saturday the 29th or Sunday the 30th due to floors being refinished. Classes Monday December 1st through December the 4th will be held in the community rooms downstairs.
