BREATHING EXERCISE: A FRAGRANT PAUSE

It's that "season" again. Holiday & Allergy.
Take time for Self-Care and notice your stress levels at this moment.

Here is a "tool" that you can use anywhere.

All you need is a small bottle of your favorite essential oil.

1) Put a drop in your hand and rub together until your hands feel warm from the friction.

2) Place your hands like an oxygen mask over your face.

3) Through your NOSE, inhale slowly. Notice the PAUSE at the end of the inhalation.

4) Slowly exhale through your mouth and focus on the PAUSE before you inhale again.

5) Notice the stillness in that Pause.
REPEAT AS NECESSARY.

I find giving myself permission to "Ponder the Pause", can help reset my emotions and help focus my mind.
My personal favorite to help ground and re-center is Rosemary.
I have a small roll on bottle in my bag at all times, that is a 80/20 blend of fractionated coconut oil and rosemary oil.

Hello Beautiful People,
I'm starting to do Bodywork again on a limited basis. Over the last few years, I've had to focus on getting my body better to be able to do bodywork.
It's been a challenging process to say the least and the learning curve gave me vertigo.
However, I'm excited to be able to do what I'm passionate about.
My official "open" is January 1st.
