Meet Katie! She has been with Pro-Care for a little over a year working in our South Lamar location as our Patient Services Coordinator. In her role, Katie enjoys "working along side her amazing team helping patients receive the care they need and then seeing patients get better." Katie has always enjoyed helping people and so her role at Pro-Care is a perfect fit for her! She enjoys running or cycling for exercise. As for free time, Katie is normally out and about with her boyfriend and friends going to concerts or just enjoying good food. Next time you see Katie ask her about her adorable toy poodle pups!!

Meet Stephanie!! She's been working with Pro-Care for close to 4 years now, now serving as admin lead. Stephanie enjoys being able to put patients first every day and teach her coworkers to do the same. Her value of service and community comes from being "raised by a single mom who did a lot for her 5 kids and family." Outside of work, Stephanie stays busy with her fun-loving 4 year old daughter and her passion for Crossfit and meal prepping. Ask her about her favorite WOD next time you see her.

Meet Reyna! Working as one of our rehab techs in our Crownpoint Rd. clinic, Reyna's been with Pro-Care for almost 2 years. After her grandfather was involved in a serious car accident, she found a passion for helping others recover and making connections with patients. When not helping others feel better, she loves running or lifting weights. As for free time, Reyna thinks it's best spent at happy hours, working out, or shopping... the trifecta. Everybody make sure to give a big hello to Reyna next time you see her.

Continuing on with our People of Pro-Care series, we'd like to introduce you to Barry Neilan, our Austin Area Manager. Barry just celebrated his 3rd year with Pro-Care! After working in a dental office, while applying to dental school, Barry found his talent as an administrative leader, which led him to pursue his Masters of Healthcare Administration. Outside of work, Barry enjoys doing CG 3-4 times a week (as long as it doesn't involve burpees!). He also likes to decompress by watching TV, playing video games, or hanging outside with his wife and boxer pup.

Next time you call us, there's a good chance you might hear Barry's voice on the other side of the line. Say hi and ask him about his tie collection!

Meet Sabrina Leal, our next People of Pro-Care highlight and our wonderful Billing Manager. In the last 13 1/2 years (wow) that Sabrina has worked with Pro-Care, she's worn many different hats. In billing, Sabrina handles insurance, patient benefits, and payments...which, to be honest, can be a maze to navigate. It's a good thing she enjoys answering all our questions!

To unwind, Sabrina enjoys cooking and watching TV with her husband. After looking at numbers all day, she loves exercising her artistic side by designing and creating jewelry - watch out ! Fun fact: Before working at Pro-Care, Sabrina was a patient of ours and was so impressed by her care that she decided to apply for the available front desk position! She's a perfect fit for our team ever since!
