Sometimes a little leverage can be helpful for the pushing phase. Certain positions are harder for the classic “tug of war” with a sheet so my go to becomes arm wrestling with both hands. It can help my clients engage deeper for pushing. 📷 shared with permission

Finally updated my testimonials on my website since about 10 years ago.

Looking back on this year in births I realized it truly was the year of the multip. With 24 of the 31 births being clients having their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th baby and 13 of those being repeats. We definitely had some memorable moments and I loved getting to work with each of you.
