I love the fall, but for years the cooler weather meant that I was probably going to spend a good deal of time taking care of myself or kids who were "under the weather". My immune system couldn't handle the flip flopping of temperatures and the constant exposure to germs. But that is no longer the case! Essential oils have changed all of that!! Now we put oils on our feet, dump them in our diffusers, and take supplements infused with essential oils. Our immune systems are STRONG! 💪🏻 And I am not afraid of the fall and winter anymore.
