Happy Two Minutes with Tuggle Tuesday!!

One of the most common questions I get is:
ā€œIs chiropractic safe?ā€
And right behind it:
ā€œDoes chiropractic actually work?ā€

To help answer that, let’s go back to a landmark research project from the 1990s known as the Manga Study. This study compared people with low back pain who received chiropractic care versus those who relied primarily on medication and medical management.

The results were clear:
Patients under chiropractic care experienced better outcomes, improved function, and fewer long-term issues compared to those treated with medication alone. Not only was chiropractic shown to be effective, it was also demonstrated to be safe and cost-effective for managing low back pain.

Two Minutes with Tuggle Tuesday

We’re getting close to the end of the year, and I hear this all the time: ā€œI’ll start working on my health after the first of the year.ā€
But here’s the truth—there’s no better time than today.

Waiting doesn’t make pain go away. Waiting doesn’t make your body stronger. And waiting often means starting the new year in the same place—or worse—than you are right now. When you take action now, you give your body time to heal, adapt, and get stronger so you can finish this year strong and enter the new year strong.

Your health doesn’t run on a calendar. Whether it’s chronic back pain, neck pain, sciatica, or just feeling worn down, starting today puts you ahead instead of behind. Small steps taken now can make a big difference in how you feel heading into January.

Don’t wait for a resolution to take care of your body. Take care of it now, and let the new year be a continuation of progress—not a restart from pain.

Two Minutes With Tuggle Tuesday šŸ’ŖāœØ

Ever notice how the things that challenge us the most are usually the things that move us forward the fastest?

Today, I’m sharing a ā€œright nowā€ example of this in my life personally: I LOVE doing chest and arms at the gym — that’s my comfort zone. It’s fun, I feel strong, it’s familiar.
But leg day? Not exactly my favorite, matter of fact, ā€œI hate it..ā€ haha

Still… I do it.
Why?
Because growth doesn’t come from staying in the areas we already like — it comes from doing the things we’d rather skip.

Just like balanced training is essential at the gym, a balanced approach to your health, habits, and healing is essential in life.
Sometimes that means showing up for the hard things: doing your rehab exercises, prioritizing recovery, getting adjusted regularly, or making lifestyle changes that aren’t always easy.

But here’s the truth:
The uncomfortable stuff is often what gets you where you truly want to be — healthier, stronger, and happier.

So this week’s reminder:
Do the things that challenge you.
Do the things you don’t ā€œfeel likeā€ doing.
Do the things your future self will thank you for.

Your body — and your life — will be better for it.
