If You Don’t Put Your Hands On It… You’re Just Guessing.

If something’s wrong with your bike…
You don’t stand back and guess.
You don’t just look at it from across the garage.
You get hands-on. You inspect it. You feel around. You find the source.

This week a patient came in who had been dealing with pain for FIVE YEARS.

She had:
• Multiple rounds of physical therapy (3 years worth!!!)
• Seen numerous practitioners
• Spent years trying to “manage” it

During the exam, as I palpated the area she described, we located the exact spot. She about flew off the table. Her response?

“In five years… no one has ever actually touched that area to find where the pain is coming from.”

Mind. Blown!!

At Bell District Spine & Rehab, we believe in test work, not guess work.

That means:
-Thorough, hands-on examination
-Palpation to locate the true source
-X-rays when necessary
-A detailed Report of Findings tailored to YOU

You can’t fix a motorcycle without getting your hands on it.
And you can’t fix the body by guessing.

If you’ve been dealing with something that “just won’t go away,” maybe it’s time for someone to actually look — and feel — for the root of the problem. If you’re in the area, get on the schedule, we’ll get you fixed up.

Things have been all over the place for me the last couple of weeks and I haven’t popped in to say “hi.” I had the honor of officiating my youngest daughter‘s wedding last weekend, and gained another awesome son in law. That was a blast. What have you been up to?

The clinic is jamming and people are feeling great. If you’ve got something going on, be sure to give Kelly a call and we’ll get you on the schedule and get you to feeling great too.

I talk all the time about our physical wellbeing and the importance of taking care of ourselves, equally important is our mental wellbeing. Last weekend I was able to get out of town for a few days with my family. It was just what the doctor ordered and exactly what this doctor needed. We laughed, and played (both sons in law beat me playing golf🤬) we ate good food, enjoyed some sunshine, and just had a great time.

Side note: this week at work has even felt better simply because I took time off to refresh & recharge. My attitude has been better and my energy levels are higher. Schedule some time away with the ones you love, it’s so good for the soul.

My son-in-law’s got jokes! -actually pretty funny. 😆

🔥 Happy Two Minutes with Tuggle Tuesday 🔥

You’ll hear it before you see it cruising down the road… that’s a 1997 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy, what today is considered an antique motorcycle.😅

In this week’s Two Minutes with Tuggle Tuesday, I want to kick things off talking about the 2000 for 2000 challenge I’m taking on with my buddies this April. You’ll want to watch the video to catch all the details—but the heart of the message goes way beyond motorcycles and miles.

Life is full of challenges. And most of the time? We don’t get it right on the first try.
We stumble. We fall. We get knocked down.

What matters isn’t perfection—it’s getting back up.
Learning. Adjusting. Trying again.

The same is true for your health. Whether you’ve fallen off track, missed workouts, skipped care, or feel like you’ve “failed” before—none of that disqualifies you from starting again today.

Progress comes from consistency, resilience, and refusing to stay down.

Watch today’s video, get inspired, and if you’ve been knocked down—this is your reminder to get back up!!

And..I’ll always have your back!! Pun totally intended, lol 😆

It’s Two Minutes with Tuggle Tuesday 💪

How are those 2026 goals going so far?
More importantly — how is your health doing?

If you started strong and maybe fell off a little… good news: you can jump right back on. No guilt. No shame. Just reset and keep moving forward.

One of the biggest keys to staying consistent with fitness is finding something you truly enjoy.
If you love pickleball — play pickleball.
If you love mountain biking — go ride.
If you love walking, lifting, yoga, hiking, dancing — DO THAT.

Fitness doesn’t have to be boring. When you make it fun and enjoyable, and then add a little discipline, that’s when it sticks long-term.

Your health is worth the effort. Let’s make 2026 the year you feel stronger, move better, and live fully. 🙌

We’re always here to support you along the way!

Hey! It’s Two Minutes with Tuggle Tuesday!!

This week I was listening to a podcast featuring James Clear, the author of Atomic Habits, and it really stopped me in my tracks — in a good way.

James was talking about the idea of consistency over completion. In other words, it’s far more important to shorten the scope and stay on schedule than it is to miss altogether because you couldn’t do the entire plan perfectly.

That hit home for me because it’s something I say all the time.

Consistency beats perfection. Every single time.

Whether we’re talking about fitness, nutrition, faith, or chiropractic care — the people who get the best results aren’t the ones who do everything perfectly for a short burst. They’re the ones who keep showing up, even when life gets busy, even when the schedule isn’t ideal.

In our office, I see this play out daily. Patients who stay consistent with their treatment plans — even if that means shorter visits, adjusted schedules, or temporary modifications — are the ones who get the outcomes they’re looking for. Healing, strength, mobility, and long-term wellness don’t come from doing it all once. They come from doing the right things over and over again.

So if you’ve been feeling like you’ve “fallen off,” let me encourage you: don’t quit. Don’t wait until everything is perfect. Shorten the scope. Stay on schedule. Keep moving forward.

Progress loves consistency.

We’ll see you next Tuesday.
