Why moxabustion works for reducing inflammation?

Capsaicin, the main pungent ingredient in “hot” chili peppers, elicits a sensation of burning pain by selectively activating sensory neurons that convey information about noxious stimuli to the central nervous system, topical applications of capsaicin has been shown to be effective in reducing osteoporosis pain in the knees, hands, shoulders or hips although the protective effect of capsaicin on the progress of osteoporosis is limited.
