Leave a treat to protect you from mischievous spirits this Halloween πŸŽƒ

Before there was Halloween, there was Samhain β€” the Celtic festival marking the end of the harvest and the beginning of the dark season.
As the veil thinned between worlds, villagers dressed in disguise to blend in with wandering spirits, leaving offerings of food and light to keep the peace between realms.

These ancient roots evolved into the modern traditions of costumes and trick-or-treating β€” gestures born from reverence, not fear.

This weekend, we’ll honor those origins through two soulful gatherings:

πŸ”₯ Samhain: Remember & Release (In-Person with Elizabeth & Angi)
Saturday, Nov 1 β€’ 6–10 PM β€’ Cedar Park, TX
Ancestor altar, fire blessing, sacred Samhain spell, sound bath, soup & cider, and community connection under the stars.
✨ Offered as a gift to the community (donations welcome).

πŸŒ’ Samhain: Remember & Release (Online Circle)

πŸ•―οΈ Samhain: Remembering, Releasing, and Celebrating the Mystery

As autumn deepens and the air cools, we arrive at one of the most ancient and sacred times of the year β€” Samhain (pronounced SOW-in).

Long before Halloween, the Celts celebrated Samhain as the final harvest β€” the threshold between seasons when the light waned, the fields grew quiet, and the veil between worlds grew thin. It was a time to gather by the fire, share stories of the ancestors, and give thanks for all that had come to pass.

Samhain invites us to pause β€” to honor endings, release what no longer serves, and make space for what wishes to be born in the dark. It reminds us that death and rebirth are not opposites, but partners in the great turning of life.

This weekend, I’m hosting two gatherings that honor these ancient traditions in a modern, heartfelt way:

πŸ”₯ Fire Blessing & Release Ritual

Whether by the fire or across the screen, may this Samhain remind us of the threads that connect us β€” to each other, to the earth, and to those who came before.

A Simple Practice for Connecting with Your Inner Parts βœ¨πŸ’—

Find a quiet space, close your eyes, and place a hand over your heart. Take a few deep breaths and ask yourself, β€œWhat does the part of me that most needs to be heard need me to hear?” Allow yourself to listen without judgment. You might be surprised by the insights that come through when you create space for your inner parts.
