Colleen just wrapped up her fourth week on Phase 1 and is doing fantastic!! Here's her 4 week report: 💥😊👏🏼🤩💥
“Wow! I have conquered the first month of my weight loss journey with Ideal Protein Protocol and have lost a total of 15 lbs and 8 inches so far. The first week was challenging to adjust to, but I found what worked for me regarding meals, snacks, and drinking more water within the second week. The protocol makes the meal planning for the week easy, and I know that I need to focus on my vegetable intake. The meal options are good and don't taste like cardboard like other "dieting" food. I have been sleeping better with more energy throughout the day. As I am excited about my accomplishments in my first month, I can't wait to see what the next couple of months of determination, motivation, and commitment will get me to my goals."
