Impact Healthcare welcomes Kirsten Leigh Stephenson, MS, APRN, FNP-BC, CEN!
Kirsten Stephenson joins our practice as a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). A graduate of Clemson University with a Master of Science, Kirsten holds certifications as an FNP-BC and a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN).
Kirsten brings a unique and robust background to primary care, encompassing over 15 years of advanced practice experience across emergency trauma, critical care, and urgent care settings. This extensive expertise allows her to approach every patient with a holistic, comprehensive perspective, expertly managing both acute issues and complex chronic conditions. She is deeply committed to a patient-centered approach, focusing on health maintenance and preventative care for individuals across the lifespan.
Outside of the office, Kirsten is passionate about the human condition and has special interests in caring for marginalized populations and participating in medical mission trips. She maintains a strong focus on well-being through community stewardship and activities like traveling, cooking, weightlifting, and enjoying time outdoors with her family and her dogs.
Kirsten is dedicated to delivering high-quality, empathetic care to the Swansboro, Cedar Point, Cape Carteret, and surrounding communities and looks forward to partnering with you on your health journey.
