Last week so many were struggling with “what if” questions. That is so hard to tackle, even your therapists do it. Our brain thinks it’s helping us and protecting us from making mistakes or allowing ourselves to be hurt again by others. However, if we allow our brains to fixate on these questions or thoughts we are not able to live life to the fullest. Thank your brain for trying to protect you but remind it that life is short and we have to be courageous, calm, clear headed, self compassionate, creative, and curious to make the most out of our lives!
