Join me Sunday November 16th!

⏳Take an opportunity to pause before the flurry of winter festivities with Andrea Taylor (), owner of Black Dog Healing Arts (). She will create a deeply relaxing environment using gongs, Himalayan & Crystal bowls, Koshi chimes and more, allowing your body, spirit and mind to truly 'let go'.
The session will start with a short intention setting.

Mats, blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort, but feel free to bring any cozy items that can deepen your experience.

Did you know that you can custom create private events? Birthday parties, family reunions, Bachelorette parties, and friends creating their own celebrations are all events I've been a part of in the past. They are some of my favorite events to co- create. Last weekend I had the opportunity to offer mini Reiki sessions, yoga and a sound meditation just steps from the river. Attendees will be treated to a short intention setting to honor the season transition plus individually focused Reiki, followed by an immersive sound meditation with gentle massage. Tea and chocolate will be provided- feel free to bring your own special beverage if you’d like.
