Are you a natural leader with a passion for person-centered care? We are looking for a dedicated Daycare Supervisor to lead our After School and Summer programs for individuals with disabilities.
In this role, you won't just manage schedules; you will be the architect of meaningful daily experiences. You will oversee the planning and organization of our Daycare programs while providing vital mentorship and supervision to our team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role will be responsible for program leadership, team supervision, person-centered advocacy, and quality assurance to ensure the highest standards of care.
This position is an ideal fit for someone who possesses a proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team of DSPs. The successful candidate will need the ability to juggle multiple priorities, maintain strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a deep commitment to providing high-quality, dignified support for people with disabilities. We are seeking a professional who can balance organizational needs with the individual goals of those we serve, ensuring every program participant has the opportunity to thrive.
An associate degree in human services or other related field preferred; or commensurate experience. Clear verbal and written communication are essential to this position. Proficiency in MS Office, Windows and internet navigation, and prior experience in human services are highly desired. Must be able to pass HHS qualifications within 6 months of employment.
This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with a starting salary of $45,000.
