We've been at the location of 5412 Center Point Rd Suite # B, Cedar Rapids, IA for almost 5 years?!??! 😳😳 🎉🥳
We've grown but not fully occupated in all classes.
What we offer:
* Intro to Pole Dancing- Thursdays @ 8 p.m. & Saturday @ 10:30 a.m.
* Aerial Conditioning @ 5:30 p.m.
* * Aerial Hoop/ Lyra w/ Tamara @ 6:45 p.m. ( 6 week program staring Tuesday, 3/24/26)
* Sexy Flow w/Jackie- 2nd Sunday of every month.
* Pole 100, 150 & 200 ( check website for details and available classes and times)
Hell on Heels @ 6:45 p.m. on Wednesdays.
* Bungee Fitness ( spots are limited through April). Check website for details and availability.

Miracles do happen!! Everyone showed up early ( especially new students ), listened to instructions from the instructor AND did.... PHENOMENAL. 🙌 Everyone brought their game on today. Way to kick ass and take names, ladies!!💪💪 YOU ALL get a gold star! 🌟 Pretty sure I easily burned 1,000 calories tonight.

I just want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Every Single One of You!!! Whether if you've liked, made a comment, shared a post or came in to try a class... I want to thank EVERYONE for the love and support in the last 4- ish years! ( Also, Happy Galentine's Day and Friday the 13th)

Going to completely honest. There's been days where I've personally felt like I was just an instructor and just ...there! But I know it's more than that. Friendships, goals and achievements are made. What we all offer here at AEA is NOT an easy workout. BUT it's challenging, empowering and rewarding.
