Erica is known for her strong operational acumen, sales and census-driven mindset, and ability to successfully lead turnaround communities while maintaining quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction. Her experience spans Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care, with a proven track record of improving performance through hands-on leadership, team building, and accountability.

Today we hosted a kickoff party and learned about where this adventure will take us! 🌏

Each month we will "travel" to a new destination - exploring its culture, traditions, food, music and history through engaging programs and meaningful experiences. ✈️🎫

Each destination is designed to support the six dimensions of wellness - ensuring that every program nurtures mind, body, and spirit. 🤓💪😇

Blaire has been promoted from Sales Coordinator to Executive Director at Prairie Meadows in Kasson MN, and we couldn’t be more excited. Her people-first approach, genuine passion for helping others, and strong relationships with residents, families, and team members have made her a natural choice for this next chapter.

Based in Owatonna, Minnesota, Blaire values time with her husband and their five kids, enjoys listening to audiobooks, and loves staying active outdoors. Her compassion, energy, and heart for service show up in everything she does.
