The winter months are cold and dark, but this experience, bathed in candlelight, offers you a cozy nervous system reset that appeals to all of your senses.

Participants will enjoy a delicious blend of gentle slow flow movements, supportive and nourishing restorative poses, and a deeply relaxing dip into nidra using a variety of props.

The room will be set up for you. Absolutely no experience needed - just your desire to feel warm, to breathe deeply, and to recharge and reconnect with yourself.

Classes are limited to 8 people.
