Meet the team!

A Cedar Rapids native Chloe Rausch is a strength and conditioning coach with a strong
foundation in exercise science and athletic performance. After graduating from Linn-Mar High
School in 2020, Chloe Rausch went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with an
emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from Mount Mercy University in 2024.
Currently, Chloe Rausch serves as a strength and conditioning coach at Mount Mercy
University, working closely with the men’s volleyball and women’s basketball programs. With a
passion for developing athletes through evidence-based training, proper movement, and
performance-focused programming, Chloe Rausch is committed to helping everyone reach their
full potential!

Molly Chmelicek is a Cedar Rapids native with a strong background in health, wellness,
and human performance. She graduated from Linn-Mar High School before continuing
her education at Kirkwood Community College for two years. Molly went on to earn her
bachelor’s degree from Coe College in 2025, graduating with a degree in Kinesiology
with an emphasis in Health and Wellness and Strength and Conditioning. She is
passionate about helping others improve their overall health, movement, and quality of
life through evidence-based practices.

We have an incredible opportunity for a driven, professional and clinically minded Massage Therapist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for existing professionals to continue to grow their current practice or newer, highly motivated therapists to get started in a one-of-a-kind clinic-gym hybrid space.

Interested and motivated therapists:

*must be current and in good standing with all National, state and local licensing requirements prior to starting, and maintain while with Edge Fitness.

*must provide own Professional Liability insurance (and General Business Personal Property insurance is highly recommended for any practitioner providing their own equipment; the company does provide its own Business liability insurance).

*must be able to work reliably in a clinical environment, providing clinically-based therapeutic care to help clients reach their health, fitness and performance goals.

*must be willing to work collaboratively with other team members and commit to being part of a supportive team in a positive clinical environment.

*maintain an ethical and professional manner in and outside the office, representing the professional goals, beliefs and values of Edge Fitness and as a healthcare professional.

*aid in day-to-day operations as needed to help maintain a clean, clinical and professional work environment and atmosphere where we can work together for the benefit of our athletes, clients and patients.

*help the clinic and your practice all grow together by aiding in marketing and promotions.

*be proficient in various massage techniques with a strong ability to adapt treatments to meet individual client needs with a strong knowledge of functional movement, anatomy and physiology; training in orthopedic massage and integrative techniques is a plus.

*possess excellent communication and customer service skills with a passion for helping others improve their health, fitness and wellness

*Flexible arrangements with possible rental agreement, independent contractor or employee position available; charting, scheduling and payment processing options will be based on chosen arrangement.

**NOTE: We DO have on-site laundry facilities as well

*On-street and off-street parking is available

*position does come with a free gym membership to on-site gym.
