Job Offer: Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting clients to and from their medical appointments. Your commitment to punctuality and customer service will ensure our clients receive the care and attention they deserve. Key Responsibilities:
- Punctual Attendance: Arrive at work on time and fully prepared for your scheduled shifts.
- Follow Directives: Receive and execute work orders from the supervisor regarding client pick-up and drop-off locations and times.
- Timely Transportation: Ensure clients are transported to their medical appointments promptly, adhering to their scheduled times.
- Client Assistance: Provide support to clients as they enter and exit the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Communication: Notify the supervisor once clients have been successfully dropped off at their destinations.
- Traffic Management: Report any traffic delays encountered during return trips to the supervisor in real-time.
- Incident Reporting: Immediately report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Wheelchair Lift Operation: Operate wheelchair lifts as required, ensuring the safety of clients with mobility challenges.
- Policy Adherence: Comply strictly with all company policies and protocols to maintain a safe and professional working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of [insert years] years of previous customer service experience, demonstrating a proven ability to assist clients in a thoughtful, caring, and efficient manner.
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience; candidates must also be over 21 years of age.
