We are excited to offer a full continuum of care; including Independent and Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, and Skilled Rehabilitation. The Gardens of Cedar Rapids is an affordable continuing care retirement community that will offer accommodations for assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing home care. Specializing in a variety of services within one community, The Gardens of Cedar Rapids can provide increased levels of care as needs change. This provides peace of mind for residents and their families that their loved one can spend the rest of their life on one campus.
