The update you've all been waiting for!!!

Starting May 1st, there will be a few small updates to my clinic schedule and pricing. I wanted to share them now so everyone has plenty of notice.

Updated Clinic Hours (Beginning May 1):
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM (by appointment only)

These changes slightly expand my availability and should make it easier for many of you to find appointment times that fit your schedules.

Updated Pricing (Effective May 1):
Acupuncture sessions: $80 (currently $70)
Cupping therapy: $40 (currently $35)
Auricular (ear) acupuncture: $30 (currently $25)
Initial Appointment for new clients: $100

Package pricing updates will be announced soon.

As you know, I’ve also introduced a dedicated Initial Appointment option for new patients, which allows extra time for intake, health history, and treatment planning. These appointments will have limited availability during daytime office hours in order to prioritize existing clients.

✨ New Client Update ✨

Welcome to the year of the Fire Horse--huge things are happening this year! Thank you all so much for your support — my schedule has been wonderfully full lately! To make sure I can continue providing high-quality, focused care to everyone, I will not be taking new clients until April 1st.

If you’re hoping to schedule your first visit, you’ll now see a new “Initial Appointment” option in my online scheduler. This visit type gives us extra time to go over your health history, goals, and personalized treatment plan.

🌿 Returning Clients:
Follow-up appointments and ongoing care continue as usual.

Hey everyone! Long time no post! Things have been busy, but I've finally decided it's time for a few changes!

My prices for individual acupuncture sessions will be going up a bit starting May 1st. Each session will be $70 each. Package pricing is TBD as I get things figured out (so buy them now while they're cheaper!).

I will also be modifying my hours a bit! I currently have available appointments 6 days per week, so I'd like to streamline my availability to make things a little more efficient on my end. I've already done a "soft open" with the new hours, which will be reflected on the online schedule at this time. I'm still doing some outside scheduling by appointment, so please contact me with any inquiries, and I'll see what I can do.

Hi everyone! Everything is going well over here so far, but I do highly recommend returning to mask-wearing for your appointments for the time being, as per guidance by the CDC and Linn County Public Health. And get vaccinated if you can!
