We’re so excited to welcome Alvania to the Carelinks team! Her passion for helping others and dedication to making a difference truly shines through in everything she does.

“I have been an RBT for a little over a year now. I absolutely love this job because I am able to give my clients a chance to communicate their wants and needs with the privilege of being understood by their parents and peers, which ultimately helps the parents as well. I had a family member who did not know about these services growing up and is now in a home away from our family. I am able to help prevent that from happening to someone else’s family.”
