🌟 Team Spotlight: Julie D. 🌟
We’re so grateful to have Julie as part of the Carelinks team! Here’s what she shared about her experience, background, and what drives her work every day:
“I have been a BCBA since 2019 and with Carelinks since September 2025. I greatly appreciate the autonomy and flexibility that Carelinks offers. Outside of work, I enjoy being outside, going to festivals, and spending time with my four kids (all boys). My oldest son has special needs, which helps me relate to my clients’ families and share helpful resources. I provided direct support with clients for 14 years before becoming a BCBA. Because I spent so much time working directly as an RBT, I understand the role from the inside. I understand the day-to-day demands of the role, the challenges of implementing programs in real environments, and the emotional labor involved, which allows me to approach supervision with empathy and a strong appreciation for what RBTs manage every day.”
