Vibration matters because it’s the root of ourselves. It’s how we communicate internally, and with the wider world around us, and it’s how we sense and feel our way through wherever we find ourselves.

It’s the spiritual force, always radiating through all created things. When you use this force for your higher, good, you are able to more consciously and intentionally function and thrive in the world.

Vibrations guide you when you were on a spiritual path. They guide you toward what’s best for you and away from what isn’t. They give direction for tuning out of a life that isn’t serving you and tuning into a life that will. Are you tuned in?

This is at the forefront of my mind as we will be focusing on “vibe training” this weekend in our RISE UP teacher immersion.
