Biography
Hi my name is Nicole Kress... I am from the small town of Manchester,Ia.I have a Daughter named Adysen. I have done many things from running in races to triathlons, and even a body building figure compition. I moved to Cedar Rapids to become a personal trainer and a aerobics instructor at age 18. I then went on to Capri College to get my Massage lisence and graduated in 2006. I went back to Capri college to get my Esthetics lisence and graduated in 2011.The types of massages I use is Swedish, Crainial sacral, Sports, Trigger point, and Prenatal. I plan to continue to educate myself to help other people meet their health goals.
