Sometimes the hardest part of putting yourself out there… is admitting you’re struggling in the first place. ❤️

It’s more than a “before photo” to me.
It’s years of body dysmorphia.
It’s looking in the mirror and only seeing what’s wrong.
It’s peri-menopause symptoms that made me feel like my own body suddenly changed the rules overnight.
It’s worn-out joints from years of pushing hard.
It’s gut issues.
Inflammation.
Exhaustion.
Brain fog.
Frustration.
And honestly?
It’s also hope.
Because for the first time in a long time, I don’t feel like I’m chasing a quick fix anymore.
I feel like I’m finally learning how to support my body instead of fighting against it.
That’s why I said yes to Perga.
Not because I needed perfection.
Not because I suddenly became confident.
But because I needed something SIMPLE.
Something sustainable.
Something that made healthy feel possible again.
I know so many women silently carry these same struggles while still showing up every day for everyone else.
And sometimes we convince ourselves we’re the only one feeling this way.
We’re not.
This is me choosing to stop hiding.
To document the process.
To share the wins, the hard days, the progress, the setbacks, and everything in between.
Not because I have all the answers…
