Self Care with Shaleen Welcome to all things Self Care & Health/Wellness My name is Shaleen Ague and I am a mother of 2 kids, 6 dogs, and a wife to a wonderful, amazing husband.

I have lived in Cedar Rapids, Iowa my whole life. Life can be complicated and crazy we often forget who we are or who we used to be. It is my passion to help you feel just a little more STRONG, a little more CONFIDENT and even more BEAUTIFUL! Every woman is born fearless, but somehow, through life's experiences, we second-guess what we were designed to do. Anyone else feel like winter skin hangs on way too long?

Dry patches

That “I’ve been inside since November” feeling

This week my reset is simple.

Wash up.
Wash away winter.

Snarky has been my go-to because it cleans without leaving skin tight.

Sometimes the best reset isn’t complicated.
It’s just a better shower.

Our Story

Posh for me was my chance to really be ME! My chance to help others and my family as a stay at home MOM. But like many other Moms I needed something more. I needed something that made me feel like a WOMEN again. Something I could strive and work for. I wanted to be something, share something and create something larger than myself. 8 1/2 years with Posh and I have accomplished more than I could ever have imagined. I have helped pay bills, supported our dreams as a family and developed a team of amazing ladies doing the same for themselves. Yes, I am still a stay at home MOM but I am on a Pampering Pursuit as a business WOMEN! The future holds so much promise as our Posh Crew team shares our WHY.
