Mercy department heads, do you have projects or causes that have not made it through the capital process, or things that are smaller and not required to go through capital?

Well...apply to the Auxiliary for funding! Awards typically range from $1,000 to $10,000.

As pictured, the Ampcare NMES Device was one of the many projects funded last year.

We are excited Mercy Flowers & Gifts has reopened! We appreciate the exceptional collaboration and hard work of our teammates, contractors and service providers who responded immediately to clean up following the water main break. Mercy apparel is 25% off now through March 7. Plus, all Iowa and Iowa State merchandise will be 20% off March 2 –7.

Moving forward Mercy Flowers & Gifts will have updated store hours to better serve our colleagues, patients, and visitors. The new hours are:

Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

Mercy Flowers & Gifts is temporarily closed while the team is assessing clean up needs. Thank you for your patience. In the meantime, the team is able to fulfill online floral orders at www.mercycare.org/patients/shopmercy/.

Don’t forget! Well Bean is open 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Yesterday, a water line broke at Mercy Medical Center. While some clean-up efforts and repairs continue, Mercy is continuing to conduct normal patient care operations. This includes no longer diverting emergencies from the hospital. We are open and ready to care for patients. We thank all the staff, contractors and service providers who responded so quickly and did such an amazing job.
