😴 That after-lunch crash is real… the struggle to keep your eyes open at your desk hits harder than Monday mornings.

Here are some “totally serious” tips to stay awake after lunch:

🥤 Refill your water bottle (hydration > food coma)
🚶 Take a quick lap around the office (pretend you’re “checking the thermostat”)
💪 Try desk stretches (bonus points if your coworkers copy you)
☕ Coffee. Always coffee.
🎧 Blast some music in your head… even if it’s just in your head 🎶

Or… you can just master the art of looking busy while napping with your eyes half open. 😉
