Here is a bit of trivia for you. If you went to Franklin Jr. High School, and were in the ninth grade, do you recall 4 girls were coached by Miss Henry (PE teacher) on her own time and theirs, to run the 440yrd relay in the Jr. Olympics and won a blue ribbon for first place, at record speed, that day. They were the first-ever (girls)to date, that received an official letterman's sweater letter(without the sweater)LOL, in the history of the school. They were awarded it at an assembly held at Franklin Jr High. Do you remember?

A very sad and respectful post for anyone that attended Franklin Jr. High School...Mr. North has passed away....what a great guy he was to so many of us....Best teacher by far.!!!! HELLO classmates! Has everyone let us know they ARE coming to our weekend reunion, October 4-5, 2019?? Marriott on Collins Rd still has 11 rooms available under our reunion block. I believe it is on this page, about 1-2 months ago, when we posted the invitation. Reservations are available until 9/13.

OH DEAR, I just realized its May.....it is quickly getting closer to 'REUNION TIME'...Oct. 4th and 5th.....Now I am beginning to get excited...!!! Can't wait to see all your beautiful faces...and catch up on the past 5 years of whats been happening to each of you...I wanna hear about it...!!

So for that to happen you HAVE TO BE THERE.....don't make me come and find you.....my scooter only goes 12mph, and it would take me forever, so help an old woman out....and get your hotel rooms and plane tickets booked...There will be some surprises this year and you don't want to miss them....BIG THANKS to the team, for putting this together....and all the hard work that goes into it....Tris, Randy, Molly....if i forgot someone let me know, you know how are minds are these days, need all the help we can get....

Don't forget your Photo Albums, I am so looking forward to seeing those!!

Greetings Warriors, May I have your attention, Please....Now didn't that sound like one of the teachers after the bell rang....almost made you think you were right there....and that's just what you want to be for the 50th reunion coming up, RIGHT THERE!!!!

It is going to be a Grand time once again....the planning is in high gear. We are finding more people as the days go by.

I am giving you plenty of notice, so you have time to put that family album together, those photos of your life prior to that, service photos if you joined the military, along with any High School photos you still have....there are so many people who will want to see them and share them...I know I will.....This photo album will add to the depth of our communication as we share them with one another...and we can view some of the important moments we lived, once we graduated and moved onward. SO COME ON get on it. I will personally view each and everyone that shows up with an album....I will...!!!! You can count on it...Bring those albums the 2nd night...and let us enjoy them....

Now come by the web page, say hi, let us know what you are up to if you are coming. If you can't make it, it would be a treat to hear from you anyway.....we all wanna be in the know...about you...
