Cancellation and Scheduling Policies for LGFC::
I wanted to inform all past, present, and future clients of my scheduling and cancellation policy. Posting it here for easy reference and accessibility.
This is meant to protect me as an independent licensed massage therapist, and to inform you as a client. I understand that life happens and most of the time we are not in charge. For that reason I want to have a protocol in place for when that does happen.
In my almost 10 years of practice, this is what I encounter most. It is best if we are all on the same page.
Cancellation Policy::
-When cancelling, please cancel 48 hours in advance.
-If cancelling less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be invoiced for 50% of your treatment fee.
-If cancelling day of your appointment, last minute, or not showing up, you will be invoiced for 100% of your treatment fee.
-You will be unable to schedule until this is paid in full.
-If you are constantly rescheduling or cancelling your appointment by email or text message, 2-3 times a month, you will be asked to make a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your treatment fee in order to schedule an appointment. This will then go towards your appointment when you show up.
Online scheduling::
-If you find yourself constantly rescheduling your appointment online, 2-3 times in a month, I ask that you wait to schedule until you are 100% certain you can make that appointment.
-When scheduling online you may be asked to enter a debit/credit card to keep on file. This is to secure your time as a client, and protect me as an independent licensed massage therapist.
Kind reminder::
I am here for you, and if that need becomes less, so will my availability.
Seeing fewer clients in a day and week, as well as this protocol in place, will allow me to continue as your massage therapist for now and further into the future. Help me to help you !!
I appreciate your time and understanding !
Your licensed massage therapist and Flexibility Coach,
Lisa Gillespie
