In yoga, we experience yin and yang through both movement and breath.
Asana becomes our yang:
strength, heat, effort, expansion, flow.
Pranayama becomes our yin:
stillness, awareness, regulation, inward presence, calm.
Together, they teach us balance — not by pushing harder, but by listening deeper.
When we move with intention and breathe with awareness, we create harmony between effort and ease (sthira sukham asanam).
Let today’s practice be a reminder:
flow when energy is rising, soften when stillness is needed.
In this dance of breath and movement, balance unfolds naturally. ✨
