Landlords of Linn County will not meet in October, as the Landlords of Iowa Annual Convention will be taking place, this year in Dubuque.

We hope to see everyone at the State Landlord Convention, Friday, October 17 and Saturday, October 18 at the Grand River Center.

$150 for those coming from across the state and $100 for anyone who signs up and pays dues as a new member.

We are working on a payment system through our website, not quite there yet! If you wish to pay our Treasurer, Susie Cronk, by check, that, too, is an option. Make checks payable to “DALA 2025 Convention” and mail to Susie Cronk @ 782 Caledonia Place Dubuque,IA 52001.

We’re excited to welcome Ed Faber from Insurance Gurus as our guest speaker at the July Landlords of Linn County member meeting.

Ed will share valuable insights on multifamily property insurance, including how natural disasters are impacting insurance prices and provider availability. He will also discuss animal-related liability issues and the importance of having umbrella policies to protect your investments.

There will be time for questions and discussion at the end of the presentation. We hope to see you there!
