Many think that yoga is just the poses or maybe meditation.
To me, yoga is a path to self-realization and inner peace / freedom.
Yoga is a way of life, rather than just a practice to show up for and practice 1 hour a couple times a week.
It has become a physical practice that I NEED, mindfulness and meditation and lastly a spiritual path.
These are all practices.
Some days I am "living my yoga" more than others.
I talk with so many people and the fear is that they are not flexible, have little to no balance and suffer from monkey mind.
This is why you need this practice (yoga).
It is a tool that you can take with you and use forever.

Autumn Ayurvedic Cleanse
A typical Ayurvedic cleanse follows a three-phase structure to prepare, cleanse, and rebuild the system effectively.
Includes a 90 minute 1.1 in person session (preparation and cleanse) and 30 minute 1.1 in person session (rejuvenation)
All of this for $250
Preparation (Purva Karma):
I will guide you in removing stimulants like caffeine, alcohol, and processed foods from the body.
Gradually introduce warmer, easier-to-digest foods and start daily practices. I will offer options for daily self care and a variety of ayurvedic techniques.
Cleansing (Shodhana):
Includes infrared sauna session, Ionic foot detox, tea and kitchari recipe
Follow the monodiet for 3 to 7 days as directed per your Ayurvedic Dosha. Continue with warm, hydrating drinks and cleansing rituals to allow the digestive system to rest and eliminate toxins.
Rejuvenation (Rasayana): In the days following the cleanse, gradually reintroduce a wider variety of foods while maintaining a nourishing, routine-focused diet. This rebuilding phase is crucial for fortifying the body's strength and immunity.
