What matters?

IT ALL MATTERS...

Hello my friends and fellow yogis,

Spring is here and I'm feeling a shift.

Over the years, I've said to myself...
It doesn't matter, __blank__ doesn't matter, _blank_ really matters.
I'm coming to the realization that, none of it matters and yet
ALL OF IT MATTERS.
I was recently sitting on the beach, enjoying the sunshine and eating a breakfast burrito on Ft Myers beach.
I heard a voice that sounded familiar and tuned into the distant conversation.
I smiled at the tan, retired, upbeat man and asked if he would take his sunglasses off so I could see his eyes.
He did and we both realized we knew each other simultaneously.

Back story... I had an amazing group of teachers and coaches that believed in me throughout my elementary and middle school years.
7th grade was my favorite of all school years.
Coaches, teachers and mentors really showed consistency and had interest in my overall well being this particular year of school.

Mr. Callahan was one of my coaches and was also my homeroom Language Arts teacher in that 7th grade year at Roosevelt Middle School.
I remember him telling me at one point,
"Dusty, you have great potential and I believe, whatever you set your mind to, you will accomplish."
That statement has stuck with me and has replayed throughout the past 35 years of my life.

The retired, happy go lucky, outgoing man on the beach in Ft Myers, was Mr Callahan.
I thanked Mr Callahan for the positive childhood experience and the impact he made on my life.

I hugged him and his beautiful wife and carried on with my day.
*

For the people that have made ANY impact on me, the interactions, relationships, friendships, loves and even the brief interactions.
Thank you, no interaction is coincidence and it ALL matters.

Sending you love, light and grace as you navigate life.

Cameron & 25 others stepped up to the challenge & completed a minimum of 28 yoga practices in 28 days.
Cameron said there were some days more challenging than others but they were all worth it 🥰
