We had a power outage last night that knocked our phones out. We currently have IT looking at them now. If you need an appointment for today please feel free to reach out via FB messenger. We have lots of openings!

Wishing all of you a Happy Thanksgiving! Our office will be closed Thursday and Friday for our staff to enjoy some family time. We will be open Monday, Dec. 1 for regular hours.

WPFM was honored to welcome the Michigan Center for Rural Health and be recognized for the great work our awesome staff provides as an Independent Rural Health Clinic. They brought us lunch, shared MCRH resources, and talked through the challenges we are facing. Thank you Jill and Aleah!

Update on our phones! All phone calls are being forwarded automatically to a temporary cell phone. You do not need to do anything different but call our usual office number. It does not have call holding so you may have to leave a voicemail or attempt to call back after a few minutes.
With that being said it is just one phone we are able to utilize verses the 15+ we usually have. If you are unable to get ahold of us after a few tries of calling in please feel free to continue to utilize Facebook Messenger.

🏃‍♂️ Reminder for Parents/Guardians! 🏃‍♀️
Don’t forget to schedule your child’s sports physical before the upcoming season starts. Most schools and leagues require it, and appointments can fill up fast. Avoid the last-minute rush and give us a call to get them scheduled!
