We have 2 of our spa tables for sale. Asking $225 each. If interested please call to schedule a time to look at them and/or pick them up. The legs and under table shelf come off the one table and the other one can have the legs unbolted but they do not fold in half so you will need a truck, van, trailer or something that can transport a full length table. They are in the upstairs, so you will need someone to help me carry them down the stairs if you purchase them. 616-439-0890

Massage thoughts
I've had many new clients make reference that they've never pampered themselves with massage before. My reply has been this:

Do not think of it as pampering. Think of therapeutic massage as the best health insurance policy you can give yourself.

When you get a therapeutic massage you’re relaxing your body from stress. They say stress is the number one killer. Massage helps lower your cortisol levels, lowers your blood pressure, stimulates your lymphatic system, increases circulation, increases mobility, and adding in essential oils to your session can help with boosting your immune system even more, combating many illnesses. It's not that you're pampering yourself, it's that you're taking care of yourself. By getting yourself a therapeutic massage on a regular basis you're doing maintenance on your body.

Doing regular maintenance on your body is like doing regular maintenance on your car or vehicle. Look at it as which is cheaper, fixing the car after it's broken down, or keeping it well maintained. The human body is the same way.

We are proud supporters and volunteers to make the Annual Cedar's New Year's Springing Eve Ball Drop event happen.

We often have clients asking what we do for a 2 hour or 3 hour massage... Our answer is, in a 2 to 3 hour session, it's not just a massage... It's multiple forms of therapeutic body work.... It takes the body up to 45 minutes sometimes to relax from the drive in. Most often you won't get as much accomplished in a hour massage session if the client's body is tense from their drive in.. In a 2 hour session, we are able to address the client's health concerns in a less aggressive but more productive way than if trying to fit cupping, myofascial release, deep tissue, Range of Motion, stretching, hot stone, trigger point, and functional normalization all in a short hour session. Sometimes, too many of the right techniques in a short time frame, doesn't get the job done.
