Even more exciting, she is currently deep in our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, stepping into her next chapter of growth, learning, and self-discovery.

What began as a big leap has truly become home. We are deeply grateful for our YogaOne community—your support, presence, and energy are what make this space so special.

This vision would not have been possible without the incredible talent and care of One Smith Studio, Camino Woodshop, Homegrown by Kate, Little Fire Ceramics, and Cal Olsen, who helped bring warmth, beauty, and intention into every corner of this studio.

Enter a sacred space where time slows and the noise of the outside world falls away. You’ll be guided through a Winter Passage of The Sacred Shift—a sacred feminine ceremony rooted in ancient ritual and wisdom practices passed down through generations of women.

This Winter Passage honors the midpoint between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, inviting you to release what no longer serves and to plant seeds for what is ready to grow.

We will gather in sacred circle to:

🔥 Tend your inner sacred flame through the dark of winter
🌱 Plant new seeds for the year ahead, grounded in intention

This is not another workshop. It is an immersive experience—a remembering of the lost arts of women, a reclaiming of truth, and a realignment with the sacred cycles of your own life.

Led by Suzanne Monroe
Suzanne brings over two decades of experience as an international leader in holistic health, wellness, and coaching, having guided tens of thousands of women across the globe. As a formally trained priestess, she has devoted years to studying ancient feminine wisdom traditions, sacred ritual, and time-honored ceremony. Suzanne weaves her holistic background with the feminine wisdom path to create powerful, immersive experiences that support women in making what she calls “the sacred shift”—a return home to themselves.

Yoga for Bones — Specialty Workshop

This Friday, January 9th at 1:00pm

Join Takako and learn yoga poses and practical tips to help strengthen bones and muscles. This workshop includes somatic movements, simple yoga poses, and gentle strengthening exercises, with clear explanations of why each movement supports strength and bone health. The class concludes with a supported Savasana.

The skills you gain will help you become a more informed yoga practitioner—both in class and in your personal movement practice.

What to know:
• Please bring a yoga mat
• We’ll use small weights, a chair, and other studio props
• You should be able to get up and down from the mat
• All levels welcome
• If you have concerns about bone health, please get your doctor’s approval prior to attending
• Please remove bracelets and wrist watches and silence phones upon arrival
