Try one of our grounding classes — YogaBasics, Slow Flow, Hot Stretch, Yin Yoga, or Vinyasa L1–2 — to move with more awareness, intention, and ease. ✨

Even if you think some of these are “beginner” classes, you’ll find that the longer you practice yoga, the more depth and wisdom you uncover in every pose, at every pace. 💜
