✨ Wellness Spotlight on Rebekah ✨

During the late stages of pregnancy, Rebekah began experiencing significant aches in my hips and lower back 🤰, which made it challenging to carry out daily tasks while caring for her family of four children 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. She was concerned about how she would cope with these issues long-term and sought relief through essential oils 🌿 and Cool Azul pain cream, which provided some natural support for the aches and pains.

Shortly after starting chiropractic care at Early Beginnings, Rebekah noticed less pain and increased mobility 🙌. Over time, the care she received not only reduced my discomfort but also helped prepare her body for her first home birth 🏡👶.
