--Loss of interest in activities once enjoyed
--Diminished driving skills
--Poor grooming and personal hygiene
--Unopened mail or past due bills
--Difficulty walking or recent falls
--Missed medication
--Personality changes or sudden mood changes
--Spoiled food in the refrigerator
--Depressor or forgetfulness
--Poor housekeeping or unsafe living conditions
