Rest is not a reward. It is a fundamental necessity.

Treating rest as something to be earned only after completing tasks perpetuates a cycle of burnout and neglects the essential role it plays in maintaining our mental, emotional, and physical health.

Rest is actually a vital part of the process...not a luxury or an indulgence.

By prioritizing rest we create space for recovery, creativity, and sustained energy. It's a way to approach life with better balance and a greater resilience.

It's the long game.

Our next winners have been drawn! During our event, anyone who left a new review would be entered into a drawing to win a free treatment! We also entered all existing reviews into an additional drawing for a free treatment! We've got two winners! And they will be notified today.

We have a winner from our PIE IN THE SKY event needle count guessing game! Nearly everyone entered, and many were calculating their best guesses on their phones! We had guesses from 3,000 to 1,000,000!

Relief Acupuncture went through 62,622 needles this year!
The closest guess without going over was from "KS" who is being notified today of her free treatment prize!

Yesterday was a very successful pie pick up day! You got to see us in jeans and we got to give a bunch of hugs! What a turn out! 77 pies for 77 patients. I am so grateful.
