Movement requires air in your lungs. Period.

sure, it could help to have a fun pair of shoes and comfy clothing. Perhaps even a fancy smart-watch. But when it comes down to the main requirement, movement only requires the air in your lungs.

so stop overthinking it.
Just choose to move.

Another blessed and joy-inspiring yoga session in the books.

From the poses to the playlist, it is my priority, and privilege, to create a healing experience for all who participate in these classes.

I am in awe and filled with gratitude to spend time with such remarkable women who take pride in building their wellness.

Next yoga gathering is Friday, April 17, from 7pm to 8pm. *timing was selected to give mamas ample time to get the kids fed and set the hubbies up for success. (I’ll make sure you can get home in a timely manner for tucking time. Unless we get to chit-chatting lol)
