Atrium Health Floyd’s patients in the neonatal intensive care unit are feeling festive! These little pumpkins donned adorable costumes to celebrate spooky season. From a pint-sized firefighter to a royal princess, these cuties are ready to cast a spell with their frightfully adorable looks.
