Organizations include Primary Healthcare, Highland Rivers Health, Polk Family Connection, Dept of Juvenile Justice, Polk/Haralson CASA, Tallatoona CAP, Polk/Haralson CHINS, Our House Outreach, Area Agency on Aging, RSM, and Polk Foster Parent Assocation.
