Our focus is to go beyond the initial crisis and offer continuing counseling services for those who are struggling. Center Beyond Solutions strives to be the trendsetter in providing services following the holistic approach. We have established a program that will promote skill building to create a new way of life. We will eliminate the barriers by providing services that will encompass the education needed to build strong foundations without the dependency on alcohol or drugs. We have developed a program based on the Medical Model of Addictions and 12 step principles. We will treat addiction as the chronic, progressive illness that has a direct impact on the physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. Through an integrated approach; we will provide professional client- centered treatment that will create stability in all areas of life. Anger Management
As a certified facilitator in Anger Management we will focus on the healthy ways to express anger appropriately. In 12 weeks you will learn:
To identify your triggers/stressors that are related to the anger
To access your anger style. To identify the physical signs of anger. To identify the warning signs of anger. Healthy communication
