The Columbus Zoo Family of Parks will offer “quiet hours” and sensory-friendly events throughout the year for families to enjoy the Zoo and Zoombezi Bay in a calm and relaxed atmosphere, without added background sounds (such as music throughout the parks) that can be challenging for individuals with sensory needs.

🔹 Spring Quiet Hours (April 10) 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

🔹 Sensory-Friendly Easter Bunny Experience (April 10) 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

🔹 Sensory-Friendly Summer Night (May 26) 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.

🔹 Sensory-Friendly After Hours at Zoombezi Bay (August 19) 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.

🔹 Fall Quiet Hours (October 9) 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

🔹 Sensory-Friendly Halloween Character Experience (October 9) 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

🔹 Sensory-Friendly Light Stroll (November 15) 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

🔹 Sensory-Friendly Santa Experience (November 15) 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

🔹 Sensory-Friendly Santa Experience (December 11) 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
