After working hard in therapy, Mary has successfully completed her rehabilitation journey and is excited to return home! Through determination, strength, and a positive attitude, she made great progress each day. We are so proud of all she accomplished and thankful to have been part of her recovery.

A little blurb from Mary — “You have a great team of therapists. They are happy and they all work together. I feel confident going home and continuing doing my exercises so I can keep doing more all the time."

Happy Marketing Day! ✨

Today we’re celebrating the face behind the photos, flyers, events, Facebook posts, decorations, and all the fun happening around the building — ME! 😂📸

I’m so thankful to be able to share the stories, smiles, and special moments that make our community feel like home. From planning events and decorating to capturing resident memories and spreading the word about all the amazing things happening here, I truly love being part of it all.

Thank you to our residents, families, and staff for making every day fun, meaningful, and full of moments worth sharing. ❤️

Day 5 of Nursing Home Week was full of fun (and lots of treats)! 🎉

This morning, residents enjoyed our peanut auction and had a blast bidding on goodies and prizes! Then we celebrated National Pizza Party Day with a pizza party lunch for everyone. 🍕❤️

To top it all off, we hosted a Chocolate Chip Cookie Bake-Off for Chocolate Chip Day! 🍪 Residents sampled the cookies and voted for their favorites — congratulations to our 3 winning bakers pictured below! 🏆👏

Another sweet day full of laughs, smiles, and Moments in Bloom!

Day 4 of Nursing Home Week at Celina Care Community was totally GROOVY! ✌️🌼🌀

Residents and staff rocked their tie dye shirts for the day and sang their hearts out during throwback karaoke 🎤🎶 (no videos were taken… for everyone’s protection 🤣).

The fun kept rolling with a hilarious game of Human Hungry Hungry Hippos that had everyone laughing nonstop! 🦛

To top it all off, staff were treated to relaxing chair massages — a much appreciated way to recharge during an amazing week!

What an AMAZING turnout at Celina Care Community for Nursing Home Week day 3! 🌸

Today some of our team came together for a staff group photo in our new Nursing Home Week shirts, spent time decorating and planting beautiful pots with plants generously donated by Unique Roots 🌱, enjoyed delicious apple pie à la mode donated by EverHeart Hospice 🥧, and wrapped up the day with our Pie in the Face fundraiser!

Thanks to everyone who participated, donated, and cheered us on — together we raised an amazing $1,020 for the Alzheimer’s Association! 🎉

We are so thankful for our incredible staff, residents, families, and community partners who help make every moment bloom. 💐
