May was Better Speech and Hearing Month! Speech therapy consists of learning to speak, articulation, expressive and receptive communication, feeding and swallowing disorders, voice and resonance disorders, alternative means of communication, and cognitive difficulties.

We would like to give a special shout-out to our SLP, Kristy Braun. Kristy is able to treat a wide variety of patients. She is certified in vital stimulation NMES, Passy-Muir trachea and speaking valve care, and LSVT. Kristy is also specialized in enteral nutrition and dysphagia treatment approaches.
Kristy, thank you for all that you do for our patients! Your hard work never goes unnoticed 🩷
