“New Day…New Time!”

Mindful Movement Yoga Class at 5 Elements Wellness (formerly Wellness to the Core) is moving to a new day and time!

Begin the year anew and join us beginning Tuesday, January 6th : 10 am - 11:15am

Please join us for a slower yoga class which focuses on getting you more connected from the inside out! This class helps you build healthy connections between your breath, your body and your brain. Slow mindful movement is a great way to help you regulate your nervous system. And that supports your mental and physical health! Though this is a group class, we help you really focus on how your body is feeling in the moment and best ways for you to move for maximum benefits.

This class will help you feel relaxed, calm and just feel better.

Mindful Movement is also a hybrid class….meaning you can use a mat, a chair or both throughout your practice.
