Have you ever wondered why your ears feel clogged? It turns out, there's a range of potential reasons behind this sensation:

1️⃣ Earwax Buildup: Sometimes, our ears produce more wax than necessary, leading to a feeling of fullness. Regular cleaning can help restore your ear health.

2️⃣ Fluid in the Ear: A common culprit, fluid accumulation behind the eardrum can cause that bothersome sensation. Identifying the root cause is crucial for finding the right solution.

3️⃣ Sinus Pressure: Ah, the interconnectedness of our systems! Sinus issues can contribute to ear discomfort. Managing sinus health may bring sweet relief to your ears.

4️⃣ Noise Damage: Whether it's from loud concerts, machinery, or daily exposure to noisy environments, our ears can suffer. Protect your hearing and explore ways to mitigate noise-related discomfort.

Embark on a journey with our HearingLoss.com®-Certified practice to unravel the mystery and find tailored solutions for your ear well-being. Because when it comes to your hearing, clarity is key.

No needles, no pain—just answers. ✅

If you’ve been "faking it" in conversations or turning up the TV volume, it might be time for a hearing test. But don’t worry—it’s one of the easiest appointments you’ll ever have!

A standard hearing test is simply a series of "listening games" that help us determine how your brain and ears are working together. From a quick physical look at your ear canal to listening for tones in our comfortable sound booth, we make the process easy and stress-free.

👇 Check out our latest blog for a step-by-step guide on how it works:

Understanding Tinnitus: It’s a Symptom, Not a Disease 🧠👂

Though the common misconception about tinnitus is that it’s a disease, tinnitus is actually a medical condition characterized by persistent ear noises in one or both ears that can only be heard by the affected individual.

The good news? Because tinnitus is often linked to hearing loss, relief is possible.

You never know where your day is going to lead... lol. On the way to the office this morning, Dr. Hunter chased this loose dog through Lakeshore park, down St. Rt. 127 South, and through the parking lot of Boardwalk Grille... then through the new Boardwalk construction. This dog was on a mission for sure as she dodged so much oncoming traffic. Thank you to Rockford Construction/Bruns Construction and a variety of Amish and other subs for pausing progress to try to catch this little cutie. She thwarted all attempts for capture until Dr. Hunter stomped through Canadian thistle down in the sledge ponds on 127 and bribed her with items from her packed lunch. The Mercer County Dog Warden was called and as of 10 minutes ago, she is now in his care. If you know who she belongs to, please let them know to call this amazingly kind Mercer County Dog Warden. Please pass this post along so we can try to find her hoomins!!!!
