🎳❄️ WE’RE STILL ON! ❄️🎳
Pins for Patients at Plaza Lanes🎳 Sold out! is still happening this Saturday, January 24 from 1:30–3:30 PM at Plaza Lanes. Weather-wise, we’re expecting cloudy, cold conditions with light snow or flurries, but no significant accumulation during event time so we should be good to go. Plaza Bowling Lanes will have hot food and drinks ready for purchase, and we’ll have 19 awesome raffle baskets up for grabs.

For everyone who RSVP’d — we’re excited to see you! And if you’re not bowling, you can still stop by to bid on our raffle baskets and support CHP Hospice. We'll close bidding at 3:30pm. Your support helps raise critical funds for CHP Hospice patient care and Adult Day Center activities 💙

Event- raffle baskets will be available as a silent auction, and we will close the silent auction at Plaza Bowling Lanes on Saturday, January 24th at 3:30 PM when event is over.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone supporting Pins for Patients at Plaza Lanes🎳 on Jan 24th! Even though we’re sold out for bowling, you can still donate. About Us

Community Health Professionals (CHP) Home Care & Hospice of Celina is a non-profit home health & hospice organization serving Mercer County and surrounding area.

What makes CHP unique is that we provide a complete range of services - including visiting nurses, in-home therapy, hospice, inpatient hospice, private duty home care and adult day services.

Our nurses and staff who are local and available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Making a referral to CHP is easy...just call us! Our staff will help you decide what service is right for you and we will work with your physician. We are happy to provide a no obligation, informational visit by one of our friendly and caring nurses. She will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
